30th Anniversary Celebration Cruise Shirts!

The Purple Butterfly duo is officially back from their family vacation!  We visited the gorgeous state of Alaska with a tour on land and a tour by sea.  It was a wonderful family trip to celebrate Deb and Joel’s 30th wedding anniversary this year!

              Flashing back, however, to before we went on our adventure Mom asked me to design and hand paint shirts for all four of us.  It was an absolute pleasure to do this for me and my family and it was also a great challenge for me to copy the same design on four different shirts.  I tried my best to make sure everything was fairly uniform to each other, but I also don’t mind the minor differences that tell you the item was handmade, and I think I struck a good balance there.

              On our first full official ship day, we all wore our cruise shirts together and we all got several compliments on them, if I do say so myself ;) So if you ever find yourself, dear reader, wanting to do something similar for your family vacation, honeymoon, girls trip, etc., please reach out to us because I would love to add in that special touch to your fun trip!
